「松仔腳」又是一家台南小吃老店,位於中正路狹窄巷弄內,
販售平價碳烤海鮮+台味日式家常菜。
在超大榕樹下,坐在露天的座位,大口喝酒,大口吃菜,
吹著徐徐的自然風(多半還挺熱的),是許多台南人小時候的回憶。
我比較懷念的是同樣在榕樹下的另一個無名老攤,
以木炭現烤長條型的甜不辣,還提供香腸、熟肉、
燙熟放冷吃的青菜。現烤甜不辣的美味,令我至今還難忘懷。
無名老攤的老闆娘在生意收起來之後,曾經到「松仔腳」幫忙過;
現在在家含飴弄孫了。
好希望這個甜不辣老攤重出江湖喔!

Hello, good-old-memory, It looks like we have something in common: the same good old memory! I've been wondering if there's a way I can persuade the owners of the little oden stand to run their business again.
oh my god, please do! sometimes I think I am willing to pay a lot of money to have that same tasty meal under the same old tree with the sweet smell of the oden soup in the air again. or maybe have them to write a cook book so I can make the same food? LOL!
Hello, good-old-memory, It did cross my mind to compile a cookbook or some kind of a manual of the oden stand. The owner of "under the pine shade" (「松仔腳」) knows how to contact the oden couple. I'll certainly relay your message of paying a fortune to rebuild the nostalgic set! ~BWL~
Ha! well not really a fortune but I think it is wroth more then spend the same amount in a high end, 5 stars place. Since my memory is priceless. LOL I will be the first one buying that book if you can get all the secrets ;)
