The white porcelain dinnerware produced by a local

manufacturer is a nice complement to Chinese food.

The reverse side of the paper placemat is blank, making a

nice canvas for kids to doodle.

Shao-Shang Garden is famous for its spicy shredded

pork cuisine.  We are not huge fans of pork.  Therefore,

we ordered other signature dishes that tasted as good.

I have become a vegetarian by choice and ordered more

non-meat dishes.  Luckily my guests also enjoyed this meal.

I have passed by this 15-year-old restaurant for a hundred

times without noticing it.  Thanks to the gourmet TV

program and the recommendation by one of my blog

visitors Jeff, I now have another good choice for dining out.

Thank you, dearest Jakob, for spending your birthday again

with us.  We love you very much.
